Nisum's VP of Strategy & Operations, Sajid Mohamedy, and General Manager of Nisum Chile, Martín Lewit, were part of a delegation led by AmCham Chile, which included leaders in government, healthcare, business, technology, academia, and a representative from the Catholic Church. The group learned and shared insights on AI throughout the week as part of AmCham Chile's Mission AI 2018. During their trip, the delegation was present for Chilean Ambassador to the US, Alfonso Silva, and Governor of Washington, Jay Inslee signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) renewal promoting collaboration on climate change, technology, and other matters of importance. Nisum hosted a dinner for the delegation where Mr. Mohamedy shared insights on how advances in AI can create tremendous business value by leveraging the power of "small data" combined with advanced mathematical techniques like Bayesian Models.
